Maoist commits Journalist's Sah's murder

Disclosing a report prepared by a probe panel in the capital today, CPN-Maoist has committed the murder of abducted journalist Birendra Sah. The report said journalist Sah was shot dead in a plain  area near Sukhuwa of Juguwa and Pakari Village Development Committee (VDC).

According to the report, Maoist cadres Ramekwal Sahani and Kundan Phaujdar had killed journalist Sah following the order of 'District People's Government' chief Lal Bahadur Chaudhary. The report further stated Lal Bahadur Chaudhary had told Maoist probe panel members over telephone that the cause of Sah's murder was just a personal enmity.

following a wide pressure, the Maoist had formed  three member panel led by Hari Bhakta Kandel (Pratik) that comprised lawmakers Pravhu Shah and Shila Yadav as members.
