Five killed in jeep mishap

Five passengers have been killed  when a jeep bound to Dumre from Chisapani met with an accident at Ratamata in Bhanu Marga today morning in Tanahun district today.

According to police source, the deceased have been identified as Sun Maya Gurung (47) of Chishapani VDC-2, Narayan Singh Gurung and his wife Hira Maya Gurung, Chij Maya Gurung and Ganga Gurung of Abukhaireyni.

Seventeen others hurt when a jeep heading to Dumre from Chowk Chisapani met with an accident at Ratamata in Bhanu Marga today morning. 

The injured are undergoing treatment at Laxmi Hospital and Pokhara-based Gandaki Hospital.
