A British provides an ambulance to mid-west regional hospital

A British social activist John Syakalton has provided an ambulance to the Mid Western Regional Hospital Surkhet. He handed over the ambulance to Ram Shankar Thakur, superintendent of the hospital amidst a ceremony.

Speaking in the ceremony, granter Syakalton said that he was very happy in contributing ambulance to the hospital. "I am very pleased to be with you and my sentiment to you has encouraged me to do something more" he said.

Director of Nepal Trust Hari Prasad Limbu hoped that the patients would be benefited with an availability of the ambulance to the hospital. The ambulance was brought from Holland.

On the occasion the hospital had felicitated Syakalton with letter of appreciation and Nepali cap.

British citizen John Syakalton has provided the ambulances in 22 countries in his own so far.
