PM expands cabinet, three ministers and five state ministers inducted

Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala has expanded cabinet inducting three ministers and five state ministers. 

The PM has inducted his daughter Sujata Koirala as minister without portfolio and Nepali Congress leader Farmullah Mansur as minister for science and technology which was vacant after Mahanta Thakur resigned the post last month. Similarly, state minister for general administration Ram Chandra Yadav has been promoted as cabinet minister.

The PM has also appointed five state ministers. UML leader Nagendra Chaudhary has been inducted as state minister of tourism and civil aviation, Maoist leaders Padam Rai and Nabin BK have been inducted as state minister for local development and state minister for women, children social welfare respectively. Similarly, NC leader Ram Kumar Chaudhary has been inducted as the state minister for Home Affairs and Deena Aryal has been inducted as the state minister for water resources.
