The central secretariat meeting of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) held on Friday has reshuffled top responsibilities of the party.
According to the decision, deputy commander of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Nanda Kishor Pun 'Pasang' will take full responsibility of the party's army.
Similarly, the meeting has given responsibility of the party functioning to senior leader Mohan Vaidya 'Kiran'. Post Bahadur Bogati has been given the responsibility of parliamentary affairs while C.P. Gajurel will continue to look after party's foreign affairs.
The central secretariat meeting has also directed PM ‘Prachanda’ not to seal any deal or reach an agreement during his upcoming visit to India.
Meanwhile, during a consultation meeting called by the PM 'Prachanda' at his office, major political parties have also suggested PM 'Prachanda' not to sign any new deal with India without wider consultation during visit to India, but discuss all problems in bilateral relations openly.
