Doctors association expresses deep concern over Maoists atrocities

Citing the government's failure to detain the culprits involved in the beating-up of the founders as well as other staffs of Nobel Medical College in Biratnagar, Doctors Association has expressed its deep concern.

Issuing a statement today, the Association has warned to call a fresh protest if the government fails to bring the guilty to the jurisdiction immediately.

The Association has also urged the government to make the secured atmosphere through out the nation.

Demanding the immediate arrest of the culprits involved in the incident, the Association had submitted the memorandum to the Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala as well as Madhev Kumar Nepal, the General Secretary of CPN-UML, and Chairman of CPN-Maoist Prachanda.

In a meet with the representatives of the Association, the Maoist Chairman Prachanda had vowed to help the administration to apprehend the guilty. 

Likewise, the General Secretary of CPN-UML and PM Koirala had also expressed commitment to punish the culprit at the earliest but the culprit cadres of Maoist are absconding yet.
