Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has urged the government to pay heed towards the deteriorating security arrangement all across nation.

Issuing a press release today/Friday FNCCI has complained that the law and order situation was not consolidated even after the implementation of the republic in the country.

The FNCCI has further expressed its deep concern towards the incidents of frequent attacks to the entrepreneurs in Birgunj, Bara, and Parsa in Terai. It said four entrepreneurs have been killed in the last week while two more were still injured.

The FNCCI has also announced postponement of its pre-scheduled programs due to the fragile security arrangements. It has also demanded that the government should form industrial security force to give protection and security to the industrial sector. The FNCCI has also sought compensatory relief to the families of those entrepreneurs who were victimized by different armed groups.
