China ready to assist CA polls as observer, says Assistant Minister Yafei

Chinese Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs He Yafei has said that Chinese government was ready to play a role of observer in the Constituent Assembly (CA) elections scheduled for April 10 if the Nepal government requested China.
 
In response to Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala's request to help succeed CA elections during a meet today, Assistant Minister Yafei said this.
 
Foreign Secretary Gyanchandra Acharya said Yafei also expressed readiness of Chinese government to hold of CA election in successful manner and import petroleum products from China. A Chinese  team led by Yafei arrived Nepal yesterday to participate consultation meeting of Foreign Affairs.
