Home Minister Krishna Prasad Sitaula said that all the police posts across the national could not be established due to the financial scarcity.
Talking to the journalists after his meet to the Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirlala Tuesday morning in Biratnagar, Home Minister Sitaula said the government would re-establish all the police posts during next fiscal year. Sitaula also said that even re-established police posts could not be managed properly due to the financial lack.
Though the government initiated re-establishing police posts after the Maoists joined peace process, 100 police posts are yet to be re-established across the country.
During his Biratnagar visit, activists of the party had apprised home minister Sitaula about the activities of YCL.
In response, Sitaula had assured them to manage security stating that anyone who involved in unruly and illegal activities would be penalized.
Minister Sitaula also informed that he has directed three security bodies to maintain security and order.
