CA polls will be held in date, says Mahara

Minister for Information and Communication Krishna Bahadur Mahara has said that suspicions over holding the Constituent Assembly (CA) polls were over.

Speaking at a press meet organized by Revolutionary Journalists Association-Dang in Ghorahi today, Minister Mahara said the party's filing of candidacy in all 75 districts on Monday shows that the CA polls would be held on the scheduled date.

"Candidacy was filed in most of the places across the country though obstruction was noticed in few areas", said Mahara, adding this would help prove that the CA polls was confirmed to be held in the slated date.
