Following technical faults caused by mice menace, at least 70,000 mobile users have not been able to use communication service provided by NT in eastern Nepal.

The NT mobile users have not been able to get connected to the capital for the last two days while incoming calls from the landline sets are also disrupted.

According to NT Eastern Regional Office, the problems occurred after rats snapped back panels at Choharwa Station in Siraha district.

Reports said that technicians have already reached in the station with a new set of panels. All services are likely to be restored by the evening.
