Central spokesperson  of Nepal Congress (NC) Arjun Narsingh KC has stated that the decision to sanction one million Nepalese rupees in the Parliamentarian Development Foundation (PDF) was against all agreements from 12 to 23-point agreement.

Speaking at a program organized by Nepal Press Chautari in Parbat district, KC said that there was no necessity to enroll in small hurdles prior to holding the Constituent Assembly (CA) polls.

In response to the remarks of Minister without portfolio Sujata Koirala, also daughter of prime minister in favor of monarchy, KC said NC was not in a position to save monarchy in the country. "That may be her personal opinion but NC is not wishing to save monarchy", added KC.
