Maoist want to fail CA elections, says Minister Paudel

Minister for Peace and Reconstruction Ram Chandra Poudel has accused the Maoist of hatching conspiracy against the Constituent Assembly polls.

Addressing a press meet organized by Press Union Rupandehi in Butawal, Minister Paudel claimed that Maoist was responsible for the deferral of the CA elections.

He said the Maoist was escaping from the elections creating obstacles time and again. "The latest activities of the Maoist have increased uncertainty of the holdings of the CA elections, it has also created doubt whether or not they want republic" he added.

Minister Paudel also urged the Maoist to come to the common understanding and give up the activities that harm for the creation of the conducive environment for CA elections.

Responding the queries of the media people, the Minister said the accusation of power sharing disputes was just an issue created for disrupting the CA elections.
