Bhutanese Refugee youth shot

Unidentified two persons who came on a motorbike ride shot a youth near Sangam Chowk in Damak municipality in Jhapa district on Thursday, said refugee-run news portal www.apfanews.com.

According to C. L. Thapa, former camp secretary of Beldangi-I, the group shot Arjun Subba, former head of Sector 'D' from the same camp. The site further quoted Thapa as saying that he along with Arjun Subba and D. P. Moktan were on bicycle ride towards Damak while the incident took place.

It is reportedly learnt that Subba, who sustained injury of two bullets on stomach, is undergoing medical treatment at Life Line Hospital in Damak, said the report.
