Abductors have revealed that journalist Birendra Sah was murdered on the same day he was abducted. Maoist's in-charge of constituency no. 4 Bara Lal Bahadur Chaudhary who is also an ex 'People's government' chief informed the media people yesterday at Birgunj that journalist Sah was killed on October 5, the day he was abducted.
A group comprising Lal Bahadur Chaudhary, Kundan Phaujdar, Hareram Patel and Ram Ekwal Sahani had abducted journalist Sah. One of the abductors, Lal Bahadur Chaudhary said Sah was buried alive after being beaten up by the them.
The mystery was revealed at the time when Federation of Nepalese Journalists (FNJ) decided to protest nationwide protest against government's failure to keep the commitment of disclosing journalist Sah's condition till Friday.
Abductor Chaudhary said they buried Sah under ground in the jungle of Ratanpur tying his hand and legs with rope when he became unconscious after beaten up by them.
