SC issues order to stall parliamentary development fund

Supreme Court (SC) has issued order not to use the amount of parliamentary development fund allocated to lawmakers.

A joint benches of SC justices duo Anup Raj Paudel and Kalyan Shrestha issued the order to stall one million rupees allocated to each lawmaker.

Advocate Bishnu Prasad Bhattarai among other had filed a writ in SC stating that the fund allocation was against the constitution and prevailing laws.
