Businesman shot dead in city

 An unidentified group of men on Wednesday evening shot dead a middle-aged man, Balaram Patuwa, at Dhobikhola area of Anamnagar.

Patuwa, who was originally from Kachrauwa of Bara, was a businessman dealing in garments.

According to the reports, police have confiscated a bag and six live bullet on the site of the shootout.

As the bullets were of different sizes, the police have suspected use of two or more types of guns during the shootout.

According to locals of the area, they had seen four persons on three motorcycles roaming around the area at 9 pm and they sped towards Hanumansthan bridge, while one went towards Anamnagar after the incident.
