Speaker of the Interim Legislature Parliament, Subash Chandra Nemwang has expressed hope that the session of the parliament that remains stalled since past two months would convene from Wednesday.
Nemwang said this to media persons in the eastern town of Biratnagar Sunday morning.
Nembang also informed that he had held discussions last evening with Madhesi and Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) MPs regarding the issue.
He further said that as soon as he arrives in the capital Monday he will begin meetings with other sides too in order to end the parliamentary deadlock.
The Madhesi, Maoist and RPP MPs in different times have been obstructing House proceedings for the last six weeks.
However, the Maoist MPs had agreed to let the House do usual business after the government allocated funds for their combatants in different camps and camp management.
The Madhesi MPs, who disrupted the House session yesterday again, have been demanding formation of a judicial panel to probe the Terai unrest and annulment of the Election Constituency Delineation Report (ECDC) report, among others.
