The leaders also decided to fully abide by Election Commission’s code of conduct. The agreement also states that at district level a committee would be formed comprising of respected people from the area to oversee the elections. Agreement also states that would be telephonic hotlines at CDO and District Police Offices so that any complaints from the public are handled immediately.

The top three leaders have also decided to set up a panel comprising the leaders of the parties to reconcile the possible conflict among the parties during the CA polls. NC leader Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat, Maoist leader Mohan Kumar Baidaya (Kiran) and Amrit Kumar Bohara of UML are the members of the panel.
